Juara is very passionate about developing and coaching trainers and facilitators achieve great performance.To date he has trained more than 3,000 trainers and facilitators. He currently works closely with Lafarge Malaysia in numerous human development initiatives such as Leadership Development Program for Supervisors, Leadership Development Program for Young Engineers, Lafarge Internal Coach Program, Lafarge Internal Train-the-Trainer Program and much more.

Juara’s passion in people development started in 2000. He started as Facilitator to numerous AsiaWorks public and corporate trainings from 2000-11. He proved his credibility in training when he was selected as Trainer for Train-the-Trainers, Character Building Module, Malaysian National Service and a coach for Senior Managers, Petronas LEAP program. His excellent contribution and performance for Malaysia National Service also attracted the Ministry of Education when he was selected as one of the principal parties to run the Pre-National service Pilot Project. He was also the head trainer for the 500 volunteers of United Nation’s TUNZA International Children’s Conference on the Environment in 2006.

Juara also works closely with Sabah Government Training Institute (INSAN) in numerous programs covering reinventing government, creativity & innovation, train the trainer, coaching and other human development programs. Juara is an NLP Practitioner certified by The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming under the founder of NLP, Richard Bendler. He obtained his diploma in ontological coaching from Newfield Network, USA. It is an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Coaching Training Program which now enables him to pursue the ICF second level certification, as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He is currently awaiting his ICF certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) as well as Newfield Certified Coach (NCC) certification. Juara is also a certified trainer with the Malaysian Government Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF).
