Juara utilizes methods of Accelerated Learning, NLP and Visual Facilitation tools to design & create effective talent engagement modules. Juara had participated as part of the Graphic Recording team in Barrack Obama 2014 visit to Malaysia on Trade Promotional Authority (TPA). Juara is a Certified NLP Practitioner, with The Society of NLP, UK, a Certified Accelerated Learning Practitioner with the International Association of Accelerated Learning Practitioners, USA and received his Diploma in Coaching from the prestigious coaching school; Newfield Network, USA and his Graphic Facilitation certification from the world top most authority in graphic facilitation; The Grove International, USA. Has conducted skills training in the cleaning industry as well as in house sales training. In the last 16 years has involved himself in the coaching and facilitation of personal development and leadership training programmes.
