Tze Yasmin specializes in using ontology, neuro-linguistic programming, experiential and accelerated learning as their learning methodology. Yasmin is Malaysia’s Number 1 Graphic Recorder and she has been appointed as Graphic Recorder for Barrack Obama’s 2014 visit to Malaysia for the TPA country leaders meeting.

TzeYasmin is one of Malaysia’s highly respected accelerated learning practitioner and learning strategist today. She is a dedicated accelerated learning practitioner since 2005. She has applied this methodology in both her instructional design and training.

She is best known by her clients for her creativity and innovativeness in her training design. Her creativity in design and delivery of programs gives a new meaning to learning. The accelerated learning approach provides learners with a more practical learning environment, hence allowing them to apply the knowledge and skills immediately.

To date she has personally train more than a thousand participants via various trainings; from different level of employees in both Multinational companies and Government agencies. Among her clientele are Petronas, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Nestlé, Lafarge Malayan Cement, Ministry of Defense and Institut Tadbir Awam Sabah (INSAN).

As a trainer and coach, TzeYasmin is passionate, engaging and enthusiastic. Her unique blend of deep cognitive neuroscience philosophy and lighthearted fun is both thought-provoking and extremely enjoyable. Her natural ability in making the training fun, practical and impactful, consistently resulted in high level of participation which enhance the effectiveness in learning.

 

Education and Personal Interest

TzeYasmin graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Instrumentation Science from University Putra Malaysia. She obtained her Certificate of Chinese Proficiency from the State Commission of Chinese Proficiency Test Beijing, China. She is also a Certified NLP Practitioner certified by Society of NLP, UK, Certified Professional Trainer from Lawrence Walter Seminars and also a PSMB Certified trainer.

TzeYasmin is currently pursuing her Accelerated Learning Master Trainer Certification under the tutelage of Gail Heidenhain, the past president of International Alliance of Learning (IAL), the international umbrella body for accelerated learning.
