Many talent today are not only seeking for reward and recognition, rather they are seeking for a purpose/feel good factor working with branded employer.

Our employer branding and management trainee program is created to support the need of growing organization with continuous need of hiring across different level who believe in growing their internal talent. It is a highly integrated HR consultancy program which involved professional consulting, talent acquisition, assessment & development center and executive/performance coaching. Our program consist of the following sections:

  • Career day at 4-5 target university/colleges to create employer brand awareness.
  • On campus hire – collecting portfolio of highly eligible graduate.
  • Establish an Assessment Center to qualify the portfolio in the following areas – competency base interview, scenario base Q&A, problem solving and communication skill.
  • Present the screened candidates to client for final selection.
  • Selected talent will go through a workshop program to enhance their employability in the pre-identify areas to improve.
  • The hiring managers from the employer end will go through a mentoring/coaching program as to set an effective template to measure and further develop the selected talent.
  • Conduct career coaching with the selected talent as to assess their self-retaining interest prior to the end of the management trainee program.
