Muhammad Syafiq Soh has over twenty (20) years of experience to serve in the Banking, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Property sectors. Syafiq holds a MBA in Business Admin and Diploma in Human Resource Management.
In addition, he is Dale Canagie trained and associated with Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) and Malaysian Association of Hotels Training & Education Centre (MAHTEC) as a Training Consultant. Given his vast exposure in the hospitality industry, he is an appointed Hotel & Orchid Inspector by the Ministry of Tourism.
His credential precedes him. He once sits as a Panel Member at the Industrial Court and to his accolade was nominated by the Deputy General Industrial Relations (DGIR) to give a talk on the Benefits of Implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to the Northern Region. With his association with PSMB as a recognised Trainer, from time to time is being invited to give talks on various HR topics. He also gives career talks at colleges and universities.
Due to his passion, Syafiq pride his work life achievements by successfully implementing ‘change’ processes out-turning positive work cultures and work environment. Nothing gives him more satisfaction than to leave behind success stories wherever he worked. His outlook towards life is one to be lauded as he unselfishly shares his knowledge to whomever seeks his inputs.
As an individual, Syafiq possess good inter-personal skills and is known to be a provocative speaker. His lectures and trainings are never short of excitement. He effectively influence and motivates people through appreciating life.
Syafiq possess the certification as a Certified Trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) where his forte lies in the area of Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit and Labor Laws. Where opportunity arises, he gives career talks to students from various Universities and Colleges.
