We work on established specifications or assist in the preparation of written role descriptions. Such descriptions include organizational structure, its culture, competitive advantage and detailed responsibilities of the role and definition of the “ideal” professional credentials necessary for the specified role.
Research and Strategy
We work with our clients to develop a search strategy that includes the targeting of specific industry and organizations where potential candidates are most likely identified. We then mobilize our research staff to surface potential candidates for the search consultants to further explore. We conduct live searches to assist in the identification of possible candidates for the role. We make direct contact with identified candidates and we have at least 2 rounds of qualifying the candidates.
Weekly Search Update Report
We will provide weekly update on the search progression prior to the shortlist as to keep up the highest transparency of search. This is especially helpful to manage the expectation of the hiring manager as for them to understand the candidate availability in the talent pool in reality compare to their hiring requirement. It also serve as a mean of audit for the hiring manager to note on the search ground coverage of the target industry pre-agreed.
Interview and Assessment Methodology
We determine candidates’ compatibility with our clients’ organizational culture and requirements using a process that identifies and assesses their background, track record, qualifications, relevant experience, personal attributes and inclinations against the established model of “ideal candidates” through in-depth discussions/meetings. Our consultants use competency based methodologies into our evaluation process.
Presentation
We recommend the most qualified prospects for presentation to our clients with confidential written reports. Candidate presentations contain a comprehensive resume in our format and a detailed consultant feedback of the candidate covering their background, achievements / projects handled, career progression & portfolio promotion, and conclusion on the potential fit within our client’s organization.
Post Interview Feedback
We will provide post interview feedback from the candidate within 48 working hours after their interview with our client. This helps to draw a better understanding of the candidate’s interest and expectation after meeting the client. In the event if client have more than one round of interview, we will provide post interview feedback on EVERY round.
Reference Check and Follow-Up
Follow-up activities include two (2) reference checks for final candidates, and compensation negotiations at the discretion of our clients. In the event if client interested to offer the candidate, we will administrate the candidate singing of offer letter. Our responsibilities also include to monitor the candidate resignation and their start work.
