It is always easier to assess a candidate according to the hard-skill/technical knowledge he/she possess than to match them against the soft-skill and cultural fit. To minimize the hiring risk of getting the right talent for the right job, we use psychometrical profiling tool to assess the behavioral pattern and motivation factor of the candidate.

How we do it:

  • Conduct profiling session with the employer on the hard-skill versus soft-skill for the position hiring.
  • Map out the “must have” and “good to have” behavioral traits that can be identify in the psychometrical profiling tool.
  • Facilitate the candidate profiling session to match their result against the desire traits.
  • Interpret and benchmark all the candidates’ result to the hiring party.
  • Option – to have a more holistic view on the suitability match of the candidate soft-skill whether it can best compliment the corporate culture and the hiring division, we would suggest that the hiring manager to go thru a psychometrical profile too.
