emc-tackywatchRecruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is one of the most frequently use recruitment module for many large organization today as it especially effective for large number of hire in a short period of time. Time is always a major challenge for organization to deal with large head count recruitment with quality hire. For the HR and recruitment team to put all their energy and focus to deliver a large number of employees across all functions and levels within a rather short time frame could mean stress and divided their time from strategic task to fire fighting role.

The objective of using RPO is to save cost by not needed to hire extra hands in recruitment to deal with the sudden increase number of hire yet able to fill in the position on time. Our RPO approach will consist of the following :

  • On site recruitment specialist to assist for the administrative task such as arranging interview and follow up on hiring manager feedback.
  • Back end talent sourcing who uses multiple channel of recruitment such as database sourcing, cold calling, social network sourcing etc .
  • Program manager who will manage the quality of shortlist and monitor the progression of the talent fill in rate
